Taylor Marine Center. A OneWater Company is hiring for a Lot Associate. Come join the team in making boating dreams come true on the scenic Cedar Creek.

Lot Associates successfully completes all tasks relating to moving boats, company vehicles, and supplies safely around the property. Performs Building and yard maintenance when required. Sanding and painting boat Bottoms. Cleaning and detailing boats as needed. Assisting with launching and retrieving boats when necessary. Contribute to the customer’s delight and satisfaction by enhancing the appearance of every area and boat on the lot.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Moving boats, company vehicles, and supplies safely around the property

· Maintenance on building and yard when required

· Sanding and painting boat bottoms

· Cleaning and detailing boats

· Assisting with launching and retrieving boats

· Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members’ objectives

· Follows all safety and compliance regulations

· Keeps the lot clean and organized as instructed by management

· Professionally maintains and cleans equipment as assigned

· Demonstrates attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed

· Appropriately demonstrates the proper use of equipment to customers as needed

· Completes all other tasks as requested by management

· Supports technicians in completing tasks as needed

· Reports and damages or concerns about the boats of equipment to management

· Prove reliability and discipline by following all time keeping rules

· Promotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boat

Qualifications & Expectations

· Preserves the professional image of the dealership through organization

· Safely moves boats and equipment as instructed

· Supports service department operations to maximize tech efficiency

· Positive interaction with all team members

· Active driver’s license.
